Daily

What if your home quietly supported your personal growth every day?

Description

Daily emerged from a personal problem: how to develop a skill like learning a language without blocking extra time in an already full schedule. The question that shaped the project was: what if your home quietly supported your personal growth every day, without requiring you to stop and make room for it?

Daily is a smart speaker designed not for commands, but for companionship in personal growth. Its primary function is to continue where you left off. When a user says “It’s me, Daily,” the device recognises the voice and picks up their personal programme without further explanation. No setup, no navigation: just continuity.

The content Daily offers is chosen for each person from four categories and fourteen paths: language practice, positive news, music history, guided reflection, and more. Daily does not try to do everything. Time and weather are always visible on its small screen; everything else is filtered to what matters to that specific person. This limitation is a design decision, not a technical constraint — it keeps attention focused on one area of growth rather than spreading across distractions. Users configure their path in the companion app, but once set, the device takes over.

Daily’s physical form is calm and compact, with rounded corners and a pleasant light colour. A coloured glow activates in the user’s personal colour during their programme, making each interaction quietly distinct.
